Cricket Valley Structures provides FREE delivery to our customers. Delivery will go smoothly when proper arrangements are made in advance. Free delivery and setup includes one trip to the specified delivery location located within 50 odometer miles from the nearest Cricket Valley Structures Sales Center.
Set-up includes leveling the portable building with treated wood blocks, or concrete blocks to a max height of 12". Anchoring is up to homeowner. Cost of anchoring depends on size of building and the amount of anchors needed to meet code.

RENT TO OWN was established as an alternative to mini-warehousing. Our no strings plans allows you to have your own storage facility for your backyard or business, when and where you need it. The low monthly rental rates are comparable to mini-warehousing rates per square foot. You are not required to fill out a credit application, nor are you required to keep your building.

Siding
We have two siding materials for you to choose from.
- Painted Duratemp Siding. Genuine plywood. 50 year warranty. 22 Paint Colors 5 Stain Colors. Paint has a 10 year no fade, 25 year adhesion warranty.
- Painted Galvalume Metal. 20 Color choices.
Floor
All buildings come with their own pressure treated floor system. 8' wide buildings have 2 4x6 runners with pressure treated floor joists 16" on center. Floor joists anchored to runners with 6" 60D hot dipped galvanized nails. All 10' wide and wider buildings have 4 runners. Flooring is 3/4" p...
